Wholesale Terms 

& Conditions

Order Minimum

Stock Program: $250.00 or 25 units per order.

Custom Program: 250 units; prices by quote.

Volume Discounts

Stock Program: The following volume discounts per order will apply: 

100+ units 3%

250+ units 4%

500+ units 5%

1000+ units 7%

Discounts are null and void if payment terms are exceeded.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Current net prices of in-stock products are available on our Wholesale Info page on kootenayknit.com. Login or Sign-up for online Wholesale account. Prices for Custom-made products are by quote.


Net 30 days upon credit approval. Until credit is approved, and on all first orders, a pre-payment prior to shipping is required. Terms will apply only to accounts that are in good standing. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the order.


EFT, Wire and E-transfer payments are preferred. Payments received after the due date are subject to a 2.5% per month late payment charge. Credit Card payments over $1000 will be charged a 3% processing fee.


Orders will be shipped 3rd party on your account. Provide us with your preferred shipper and shipping account number. We will advise tracking number and shipping details once picked up.

Please note: FedEx and Purolator offer the most efficient ground service from our area to eastern Canada (about 4-5 business days); UPS is approx. 8-10 business days.  


No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges. 


Kootenay guarantees all items. If product is defective due to material or workmanship please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number for immediate return.
