Payment methods accepted online include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

SHIPPING

Consumer/Retail Online orders are shipped within Canada. Orders to the United States are currently paused.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped Monday-Friday except on holidays.

Express Shipping Rates:
- $19.99 within Canada (1-2 business days)
Orders $300-$749.99 Standard Shipping Rate is $19.99
Orders $750+ Standard Shipping Rate is $29.99
Shipping times are estimates. Kootenay Knit is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@kootenayknit.com for Return Authorization Number. Items for return must be in new condition and in its original packaging, complete with tags on. Within the first 15 days we will replace your item or refund the product price at your option.

Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable and all returns, with the exception of defective products, noted in the first 15 days from when you receive the item must be returned prepaid to our warehouse. All clearance and sale items are final sale (this includes promos and coupons).

WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

Kootenay guarantees all items. If product is defective due to material or workmanship please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the order and we will issue a Return Authorization Number for immediate return.

Because of various methods of cleaning and laundering of garments, we will not guarantee garments against shrinkage and cannot accept responsibility for conditions of any clothing after washing or cleaning. Under no circumstance will we be responsible for merchandise that has shrunk due to silk screening or heat-sealing. Due to the nature of our stock program, colour dye lots may vary slightly. Actual fabric colours may vary from printed colours shown in our catalogue or on our website.
